West Indies defeated by 63 runs

Karachi: Pakistan has defeated West Indies by 63 runs in the first T20 match.

In the first T20 match between Pakistan and West Indies at the National Cricket Stadium in Karachi, West Indies captain Nicholas Pooran won the toss and invited Pakistani captain Babar Azam to bat.

The visiting team failed to reach the target of 201 runs given by Pakistan and returned to the pavilion with a score of 137. Wasim Jr. from Pakistan bowled brilliantly and gave away 40 runs in 4 overs and lost 4 wickets. Shadab Khan 3 Shaheen Afridi, Haris Ruff and Mohammad Nawaz took one wicket each.

 The young captain of the Caribbean team Nicholas Pooran took an aggressive approach and hit two high and high sixes to the rival bowlers, meanwhile he got bowled on the brilliant ball of the young fast bowler Muhammad Wasim. He scored 18 runs off 10 balls. Muhammad Waseem took the wicket once again on the second ball of the sixth over.
