| Announcement of Drop In Patches in Karachi and Lahore |
KARACHI: Pakistan Cricket Board Chairman Rameez Raja has announced to install drop-in pitches in Karachi and Lahore.
Addressing the drafting ceremony of the seventh season of Pakistan Super League, Rameez Raja said that the pitches need to be improved for the betterment of cricket. Rameez Raja said that the talent of our system can go up due to franchises. We will try to make PSL the biggest event every year.
It should be noted that drop-in pitches are pitches which are prepared away from the actual venue of the match being played and are later dropped at that venue during the match.
