KARACHI: The security delegation of Australian cricket team has reached Karachi. The delegation will review the security arrangements for the visit of Australian cricket team to Pakistan.
A security delegation of the Australian cricket team arrived in Karachi to review the security arrangements for the cricket series. The three-member delegation will stay in Karachi for two days. The members of the security delegation will review the security arrangements at the National Stadium in Karachi.
The delegation will be briefed by the PCB and security officials. The Australian delegation will also be briefed on the steps taken for the West Indies series. The delegation will also visit venues in Lahore and Rawalpindi. The Australian cricket team will visit Pakistan only after receiving security clearance from the security delegation.
It may be recalled that the series between Pakistan and Australia is scheduled for March and April next year. Australian cricket team to visit Pakistan after 24 years.
