ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court (IHC), Atharmanullah, while hearing the Rana Shamim affidavit contempt case, gave Rana Shamim time till Monday and said that if Rana Shamim did not submit the affidavit by Monday, he would be indicted.
During the hearing, the Chief Justice asked Rana Shamim if he had submitted the answer, to which Rana Shamim told the court that he had given the answer to the lawyer four days ago. On which the court said that Latif Afridi is also a supporter of this court.
