Kohli returns to lead Indian ODI team

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has appointed Rohit Sharma as the captain of the ODI and T20 team in place of Virat Kohli.

According to the BCCI, Rohit Sharma will lead the Indian cricket team in limited overs cricket.

The BCCI has said that Rohit Sharma has been appointed captain in place of Virat Kohli.

According to the BCCI, Virat Kohli will lead the Indian team in the Test series against South Africa while Rohit Sharma will be the vice-captain.

It should be noted that Virat Kohli resigned from the captaincy of the Indian team in the T20 format after the T20 World Cup, but he did not relinquish the captaincy in the ODIs.
