LAHORE: A larger bench of the Lahore High Court (LHC) has adjourned the hearing of the new JIT case of the Model Town tragedy till December 13 due to non-appearance of counsel for the petitioners.
A seven-member larger bench headed by Chief Justice Amir Bhatti heard the case.
Justice Nazir Tarar's junior requested for adjournment of the hearing.
The lawyers of the parties assured that the court order would be complied with today.
