Lahore: Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa telephoned Speaker Punjab Assembly Chaudhry Parvez Elahi and inquired about the well-being of Chaudhry Shujat Hussain. He said that may Allah grant complete recovery to Ch Shujat Hussain soon.
Former Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif and former Finance Minister Ishaq Dar also telephoned Ch Parvez Elahi. The two leaders sought the well-being of Ch Shujat Hussain and wished him well.
Talking to Chaudhry Parvez Elahi, Nawaz Sharif said that you and Shujat Sahib must meet whenever you visit London. On behalf of himself and Ch Shujat Hussain, Ch Parvez Elahi congratulated Mian Nawaz Sharif on the marriage of Junaid Safdar, son of Maryam Nawaz.
